As we reopen, learn how to keep commercial spaces CLEAN

We all want to attend concerts, visit museums, airports, malls, etc. Here a little secret: they want us to come back too. So they are making sure they do all they can to make their spaces safer.

For example, today Hard Rock Stadium @ Florida is announced that the “Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, is making the Hard Rock Stadium the first public facility to receive a GBAC STAR™ accreditation”.

I’m confident many other will follow, and that is ok. That is what we want as users of these facilities. We need the spaces we visit to be clean, disinfected and have protocols in place to prevent and react to any pandemic or Bio-hazard.

Reading about the accreditation I came about some tips from the ISSA to clean and disinfect commercial equipment used in non-healthcare environments. Thought it would be great to share.

I’m Sure, they are many things we can do to make commercial spaces safer, here at Kannoa | Spaces we are exploring how to make furniture and equipment that helps. We will keep you posted on our progress.
